Storemate started with a simple observation: jewellery businesses were being asked to run their stores on tools built for everyone else. So we built our own — and today the same team builds custom software for other businesses too.

Our story
It started at a jewellery counter, not in a spreadsheet.
Jewellery is sold by weight, purity and design — yet most store software treats a 22K necklace like any other product. Owners ended up juggling registers, spreadsheets and billing tools that didn’t understand making charges.
So we built Storemate CRM around how jewellery is actually bought, sold and tracked. Then we saw how many sales conversations now start in Instagram DMs — so we built Storemate Connect to make sure none of them go unanswered.
Building two products end to end taught us how to build software properly. Today the same team takes on custom websites, web apps and integrations for businesses of every kind.
