What is StoreMate?
StoreMate is a company that builds software for jewellery businesses. We make two products: StoreMate CRM, for running day-to-day store operations, and StoreMate Connect, for automating Instagram and WhatsApp.
Do I need both products?
No. Each product works on its own. Many businesses start with one and add the other later — they’re designed to work well together, but neither depends on the other.
Is my data safe with StoreMate?
Yes. Your data is stored securely and backed up automatically. We don’t sell or share your business or customer data with third parties.
Do I need technical knowledge to use StoreMate?
No. Both products are built for everyday use by store owners and staff — no coding, no IT team required.
StoreMate CRM
Can StoreMate CRM handle weight and purity-based inventory?
Yes — this is exactly what StoreMate CRM is built for. Track stock by gross/net weight, purity, and design, the way jewellery is actually sold.
Can I generate GST-compliant invoices?
Yes. Invoices include HSN codes, making charges, and tax breakup, so you don’t need a separate billing tool.
StoreMate Connect
Which platforms does StoreMate Connect support today?
Instagram automation — comments, DMs, and story replies — is live today. WhatsApp broadcast automation is coming soon.
Does StoreMate Connect use Instagram’s official API?
Yes. We connect through Instagram’s official API, so there’s no password sharing or risk of your account being flagged for unauthorized access.
