1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StoreMate CRM and StoreMate Connect (together, the "Services"), provided by StoreMate ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Description of the Services
StoreMate CRM is a business management tool for jewellery businesses, covering inventory, customer records, orders, and billing. StoreMate Connect is an automation tool that connects to your Instagram Business or Creator account (with WhatsApp automation planned for a future release) to automate replies to comments, direct messages, and story replies, based on rules you configure.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use the Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Subscription, billing, and trials
- Certain features require a paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis as described at the point of purchase.
- Where a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe; we will not charge you without your explicit consent.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change with prior notice.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Use StoreMate Connect to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates Meta's Platform Policies.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
- Upload or transmit data you do not have the right to share, including customer data collected without proper consent.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Services or attempt to disrupt other users' access.
6. Third-party platforms
StoreMate Connect integrates with Instagram (and, in future, WhatsApp) through Meta's official APIs. Your use of these integrations is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by Meta or any other third-party platform that may affect the Services.
7. Your content and data
You retain ownership of all business and customer data you enter into the Services. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design, and branding, are the property of StoreMate and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets beyond what is necessary to use the Services.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, or if required to comply with legal obligations. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above, or through direct notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
